BELOW ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT HAVE BEEN CAREFULLY WRITTEN TO PROTECT YOU ("THE CLIENT/CUSTOMER") AND “EMPIREDESYNZ". IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU VIEW THESE TERMS PRIOR TO PURCHASING OR CONTACTING US FOR PROJECTS.
DESIGN CONTENT
It is important to have an idea of what you are expecting before you book our services. We ask that you explicitly state how you want your designs to be done. Send examples/inspiration of your vision for the design or you may provide a sketch or examples from our page.
(This information is to be outlined on our form or via message/email before we start designing)
CHANGES & REVISIONS
Clients are allowed 2 FREE revisions and design drafts as it relates to concept.
After the revision limit, all additional adjustments or new drafts will incur a cost of $15-$30 depending on the nature of the design.

AFTER design has been approved and final files have been provided to the client, any adjustments or additions requested will incur a cost based on such change.

PAYMENTS + PRICING
All pricing at Empire Desynz is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Full payment is required before work begins.
Currently, payments are all made via Online transfer, bank deposit, Paypal or Zelle. No project will begin until payment has been 100% cleared & confirmed.
Absolutely no refunds after purchase has been made.

DRAFTS
Draft images are for the purpose of approval only. They should not be copied, used, or distributed to any other person or company. All drafts are the property of Empire Desynz.

IMPORTANT POLICIES & CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
• Ensure to have all requirements met BEFORE booking! (See information section below each service on our website to view)
• ALL requirements (Including information requested & photos - if necessary) MUST be sent within 1 business day of receiving your INFORMATION REQUEST email. IF we receive it after that period, please bare in mind that your project will be added to our cue/schedule based on when we receive your details & your project will be delayed.
• IF additional information or requests are sent after that period, a charge will be incurred considering that your project may have already been started.
• You MUST include your order number in the subject line of emails sent to us regarding your project. Otherwise, there is a high possibility that the content of such email will be missed/omitted when your project has begun.

LATE POLICY & FEES
• There will be a late fee of $25usd incurred IF information and requirements to get started are sent AFTER 1 week of booking a service. This will be incurred every month until requirements are met to get started. You will be added to our cue/schedule based on when we receive your details & your project will inevitably be delayed. IF express is needed at that time, you must communicate that to us and we will let you know if express is available based on our cue and schedule. This express service will be an additional cost.

TURNAROUND PERIOD
The turnaround period depends on the type of service booked. Please see description under each service to check the specific turnaround time (this period is in relation to the project drafts). Final files will be sent within 1-2 business days hours of approval (once there are no changes to be made)

DESIGN DELIVERY FILES/POLICY
All designs are sent to you ("The Client") in the form of email from me ("Empire Desynz"). Please see description under each service for file formats that will be provided. Any other format requested will be at an additional cost. For logo designs, a vector file (EPS) will be sent which is a format that can be scaled to any size. Other designs are sent in JPG or PDF format depending on the service.
All .AI or PSD files remain the property of Empire Desynz even in the event that a copy was provided to you. Once a project has been finalized and the files have been delivered to you, you own the rights to what you have purchased. Copyrighting and/or trademarking your logo is solely up to you and not the responsibility of Empire Desynz.

Once designs are completed, you (the client) also gives Empire Desynz the right to use for portfolio and/or marketing purposes unless agreed upon otherwise. "Designed by Empire Desynz" will also be placed on the footer of all websites completed by us.
