Upon booking, you will be REQUIRED to:

• Provide the designer with a few examples or inspiration to give us an idea of your vision & meet your expectations.

An information request email will be sent to upon booking.
Drafts are sent over within 10 business days (Ie. Not including weekends/public holidays) AFTER payment has been confirmed & ALL requirements has been met.

This period may vary depending on the complexity of your project and considering adjustments & revisions required by the client.
